Fitness training is my greatest passion. Exercising regularly and making healthy food decisions (without restriction!) has lit a fire under me and drastically improved the quality of my life.  I never considered myself a sporty chick, so ending up as a personal trainer was a curve ball. I dabbled in sports in middle school and high school (soccer, swim, cheer leading), but was never really good at any of it.

I've always had a rebel spirit, and as a teenager I started my downward spiral with the use of alcohol and drugs. By the age of 24 I hit rock bottom and ended up in rehab. While living in a sober living home, I randomly got a job at a gym.  I started exercising regularly (in addition to working a recovery program) and the physical, mental, and spiritual results were undeniable.  Through continual work on my own health, my life has gotten better and better.

Fitness is truly the only career path I have felt called to fulfill and it has been the foundation for many blessings in my life. Now I want to share the experience and knowledge that I've gained to help others make positive changes in their lives. In my opinion, Gandhi said it best, "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others." Helping people to implement better self care practices into their lives has helped me to fulfill my own dreams.

I've experienced first hand what it is like to make a drastic life change. By tackling things one day at a time, I have succeeded in everything I have whole-heartedly aimed at accomplishing. I know to the core of my being that ANYONE is capable of making changes, small or monumental.  I'm here to motivate, facilitate, and guide you to the best version of you, whatever YOU feel that is.
